The process of recycling
The main bio-based material of biodegradable plastic bags is composed of PLA+PBAT, which can be completely decomposed into water and carbon dioxide within 3-6 months under the condition of composting (60-70 degrees), without pollution to the environment.
PBAT is a copolymer of adipic acid, 1, 4-butanediol and terephthalic acid. It is a kind of chemically synthesized aliphatic and aromatic polymer with full biodegradation. PBAT has excellent flexibility and can be formed by film extrusion, blowing processing and extrusion coating.
