1. Sourcing Renewable Resources
We start with nature. Our formula blends PBAT (Provides excellent elongation and toughness) and PLA (Enhances rigidity and printability). These are compostable resins, specifically engineered to provide the durability of plastic without the environmental persistent influence.
2. Making bags process
We start with pre-drying the resins to ensure optimal viscosity and zero hydrolysis during extrusion,then it is sent to the mixer for homogenization "
Our blown film line is equipped with an automatic gauge control system. By precisely managing the extrusion rate and cooling conditions, we ensure every bag has a consistent thickness and superior tensile strength.
We use copper gravure printing with eco-friendly water-based inks. This not only delivers brightly colored logos but also maintains the 100% compostable integrity of the bag, with excellent rub resistance."
3. Quality Control
Our products have passed the tests like chemical characteristics.
4. Packaging
Bags are folded and packed in moisture-proof cartons with desiccants to ensure they arrive at your facility in perfect, dry condition."
The result is a range of compostable products that perform like traditional plastic but softer and are designed to return to the earth.
5. Returning to Nature
Under composting conditions, our bags break down into water, carbon dioxide and biomass completely. They decompose into organic fertilizer (humus), enriching the soil.
Throughout this process, the material releases no toxic gases and causes no soil pollution, ensuring a truly clean and safe end-of-life.
